Location was great, lots of shops and restaurants, and attractions . Breakfast at hotel was great, lots of varieties.

First night had a bad sewage smell in the room. Was disappointing, thought had shuttle services to airport, however, was informed needed to book taxi or public bus transportation which is not feasible for the family size and amount of luggage’s

Great hotel for short trips

The rooms and bathroom were great. The restaurant and bar on the rooftop had spectacular views and the gym was excellent. Good value for money and great service for our short stay and right by the Central Park which was a wonderful walk

Nothing to complain about

Very Good

Very poor check-in process, no courtesy for early check in at all. Even for just half an hour. At 3pm, whole bunch of people queue for check using number. To make it more crowded, the check in is at top floor. You have to bring up all your luggage to top floor, check in, and bring them down again to your room. Repeat that process during check-out.

It was very nice for our overnight stay! i wish I had more time to explore what the hotel and area can offer. maybe next

I always like the IHG hotels. rice, clean rooms with really nice bathrooms (in this case, I love the type of bidet they have!).

We checked in around 9 pm and it’s too late for restaurants. There is a convenience store somewhere at the back, I was told. We wanted a hotel close to the airport, this one the taxi ride is 35 minutes.

Comfortable, would stay again

The location right next to a metro station and the park is ideal. There are also many restaurants and cafés nearby. The room was very comfortable with effective air conditioning and good water pressure in the shower.

The offerings in the hotel's own restaurant have been reduced, apparently because of Covid, but this was not communicated very clearly; it would have been nice on the first day with lots of jet lag to be able to get a good dinner in the hotel.

Good hotel for INCHEON area

Very good position for INCHEON city, but a bit far from Seoul city center. 30-40 mins driving from INCHEON airport. Area around full of restaurants and nice river/lake walk, but pay attention that all restaurants close at 21.00 max.

Good and various breakfast, but a bit expensive.
